Meet Emily
As a competitive curler who struggled with performance anxiety, Emily Riley was driven to enhance her mental game. She started working with a mental performance consultant and saw huge improvements in her performance and enjoyment. This started a deep interest with the mental side of sports and led her to a masters degree in sports psychology. Emily is passionate about helping other athletes reach their goals and have more fulfilling experiences.

Emily represented Canada at the World Mixed Curling Championship (2023) winning a bronze medal. She is a Canadian Mixed gold (2022) and bronze medalist (2018), as well as a Canadian Junior silver medalist (2018). She is a member of the Quebec women’s curling team who competed at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts from 2021 to 2024, as well as the 2021 Olympic pre-trial qualifier. She has represented Quebec at 10 national championships.
